Qualified Dental Nurse – North Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join a well-established specialist dental practice in North County Dublin part time 3 days per week.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining treatment coordination, chairside dental nursing, and occasional reception support. It is ideal for a clinically confident dental professional who enjoys patient interaction and thrives in a structured, high-standard clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans and guide patients/families through their journey
  • Provide chairside assistance in a specialist (paediatric) setting
  • Support clinicians with four-handed dentistry
  • Maintain accurate clinical charting using digital systems
  • Take dental radiographs (where qualified)
  • Work with intraoral scanners and digital technologies
  • Provide reception and administrative support when required
  • Operate efficiently within a structured specialist workflow

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who can integrate quickly into a busy specialist practice:

  • Qualified Dental Nurse
  • Strong experience in chairside assistance and four-handed dentistry
  • Excellent organisational and clinical judgement skills
  • Comfortable using digital systems and learning new technologies
  • Professional, reliable, and team-focused
  • Able to work to high clinical standards
  • Desirable (Highly Valued)
  • Dental Radiography Certificate (strong advantage)
  • Experience with intraoral scanners
  • Treatment Coordinator experience or training
  • Previous experience in a specialist dental setting
