This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position with a competitive salary.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice, leading the team and ensuring an excellent standard of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice
• Manage, support and motivate the practice team
• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service
• Manage practice administration, appointments and workflows
• Monitor KPIs and support the practice in achieving targets
• Work closely with clinicians and the wider team
• Ensure high standards of compliance, organisation and efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Dental Practice Management experience is essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy dental environment
• Patient-focused with strong commercial awareness
• Professional, proactive and confident in managing a team

Hours: Monday–Friday
Weekends: No weekends
