Career Vision Recruiters – Dental have an exciting opportunity for an experienced hardworking, reliable Dental Nurse (Orthodontic experience preferable) for a newly established specialist high end orthodontic specialist with two busy dental practices in Ballincollig and Bandon Co Cork supporting the orthodontic team and ensuring excellent patient care.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Starting from €17 per hour up to €25 per hour

Hours

Monday to Wednesday (18-24hrs per week)

Flexible working essential

Key responsibilities include

• Assisting orthodontists during procedures.
• Candidates with a strong understanding of Orthodontc treatments and procedures including fixed and removable appliances.
• Previous experience in a clinical environment with treating youngchildren, adolescents and adult patients.
• At least 1-2 years previous experience as a dental nurse
• Dental nurse qualification preferred
• Support the orthodontists in giving advice to patients
• Good knowledge of Orthodontic procedures essential
• Customer Service skills- high quality patient care
• Experience with Microsoft Office suites and Dental software
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced environment
• Time management, punctuality and flexibility
• Responsibility for the decontamination of instruments and surgeries
• Maintaining patient records and updating to computer systems while adhering to patient confidentiality policies
