Our client is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who is a good team player and enjoys working with people. Salary negotiable depending on experience up to €40K

A well established 3 chair general & specialist dental practice

• Modern equipment and light and bright premises
• Dental software -PMS
• Team consists of specialist and general dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staff
• You’ll have ideas on how to revamp the front of house
• Low staff turnover

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Must have a good attitude and team player
• Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Previous management experience preferred
• Comfortable managing an experienced team
• Business acumen
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety
• Enjoy figures – production and bottom line are important, but so is looking after your team and patients
