• Team consists of dentists, hygienists, dental nurses, and receptionist
• Replacing retiring practice manager
• You’ll have ideas on how to revamp the front of house
• Low staff turnover

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
• Must have a good attitude and team player
• Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Previous management experience preferred
• Comfortable managing an experienced team
• Business acumen
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety
