Career Vision are looking for energetic Accommodation Assistant to join the team at The Club at Goff’s, working alongside celebrity chef and restauranteur duo Derry and Sallyanne Clarke. Previous experiences is not essential, just an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of the Accommodation Team
- To clean and service the hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas to a high standard
- To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all cleaning equipment and operational procedures within the accommodation department
- To assist guests with their queries and deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- To develop a strong working relationship with colleagues in your department and related departments
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge, and be able to work weekends / mornings.
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
- Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance
- Experience in a similar role in a hotel would be advantageous
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
