Career Vision Recruiters are currently recruiting for an experienced Accommodation Manager who will take full responsibility for the Rooms and the Public Areas. An ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a 4/5 star property.

As an Accommodation Manager, you will ensure that all areas are monitored for repair and upkeep and that guests are provided with a clean and safe environment. You will hire, train, and lead your staff and be responsible for your department budget.

Responsibilities:

Check that bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the required standardand that they are maintained in a warm and welcoming manner.

  • Lead, hire and train all housekeeping staff
  • Be responsible for stock take, orders, and inventory
  • Ensure that there is an adequate stock of cleaning products
  • Monitor and document all cleaned areas and report any damages
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working conditions

Accommodation Manager Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in Accommodation management, housekeeping supervisor or other similar position.
  • At least 2+ years experience in Hospitality or guest’s services
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Must be detail orientated
