Accounts Assistant Hospitality Industry

Our client in Tullamore is looking for an accounts assistance to work in their busy office alongside its amazing team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to further their work experience with the guidance and direction of the finance director. If you have an interest in figures this could be what you are looking for.

 

Duties to Include

  • Sending out Invoices Daily from Front of House System and posting onto Accounts Package
  • Monitor the AR ledger on a daily basis and process cash receipts
  • Responsible for Ageing of Debtors and maintaining the same with regular review of the aged accounts.
  • Respond and resolve customer queries.
  • Entering Purchase Invoices on a Daily Basis
  • Reconciliation of Creditors on a Monthly Basis
  • Reconciliation of Till Sheets on a weekly basis and analysing same
  • Any other Ad hoc Duties
  • Payroll for Approx 35 Employee’s

 

Key attributes, skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Sage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience
  • Strong communication skills
