Career Vision Recruiters are recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager for an amazing property located in Dublin. Our client is looking for an ambitious, creative person for this role, someone who is not afraid to present their ideas and be involved.

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

Training and development of staff
Managing the day to day operations of the Bars
Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
Roster and stock controls
To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the Manager
To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience in the Bar
Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and to develop the skills of Bar employees
To provide ongoing supervision of all service and presentation

The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 2 years previous experience as a supervisor, manager or similar
Have an outgoing and friendly personality
Have excellent customer service skills
Be a born people person and leader
Be proficient in written and spoken English
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure
Eligible to work full time in Ireland.
