Our client offers an excellent rate of pay for the right candidate. The role will be is to assist the Restaurant Manager in the responsibility for the operation of the Restaurant, ensuring all guests receive high standards of customer service and departmental profitability is achieved.

Main Responsibilities

• Have a thorough knowledge of all restaurant menus and beverages to include the preparation and service of all items when required
• Greet, take orders and give advice to guests when required
• Supervise, motivate and train staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service in the restaurant
• Arrange bookings, table plans and delegate work to team members
• Deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• To produce rosters ensuring effective staffing levels

Skills

• An ability to maintain and manage consistently high standards of service
• Experience working in a similar style property.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent guest relations skills.
• Good Knowledge of Food and Beverage
