Career Vision Recruiters now have an exciting new opportunity available for a Bar Supervisor to join a New Hotel Opening in January 2023. We are looking for an ambitious candidate willing to progress their career and use their initiative to move forward and be part of this new and growing business.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Ensure all hotel standards are always kept
  • Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure that all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift.
  • Train, guide, and coach team members
  • Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
  • Supervise and guideline staff
  • Other duties as required
  • Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively

The successful candidate will:

  • Be customer focused and quality driven.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and have a friendly, enthusiastic demeanour with both co-workers and customers.
  • Be interested in the hospitality industry and keen to develop their management skills.
  • Have fluent written and spoken English.
  • Good hygiene practice skills.
  • Position requires 2-3 years previous bar and supervisory experience
