Career Vision Recruiters are currently looking for a chef de partie to work in a Micheline Recommended Bib Gourmand Restaurant in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food. This role requires someone who is creative, vibrant, and great attention to detail.

TASKS

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as agreed
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high standard of spoken and written English.
  • Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent culinary catering talent.
  • Ambition and willingness to learn.
  • Minimum 3 years experience required.
  • 4 Day week
