At Career Vision Recruiters we are looking to speak to an experienced Chef De Partie who are interested in joining an amazing New Hotel Opening in Co. Kildare in February 2023. This position will provide opportunities for Progression and Development. They offer an excellent rate of pay for the right Candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out meal preparation as instructed by the Head Chef.
  • Take direction from department managers and to assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
  • A passion for food, creativity and flair, individuality is welcomed.
  • A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality food.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety handling.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Eligible to work full time in Ireland.
  • Be willing to learn and develop themselves.
