We at Career Vision Recruiters are currently looking to recruit a talented, Career Driven junior and senior Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4-Star Property in North County Dublin. 

With a focus on investing in their Chefs and their future, this Luxury property offers a healthy work/life balance with the option of a four-day working week. This property serves the highest standard of food and is now currently developing a Fine-Dining Restaurant at the venue. This property provides the perfect balance of Career progression without the risk of jeopardising a Chefs personal life and supports the ethos of forward thinking in the industry.

Some of the roles Responsibilities include:

  • Working well with others as part of a team.
  • Taking direction in a constructive manner
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • Follows good HACCP practices for the proper handling and preparation of all food products at the right temperature.
  • Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
  • A willingness to learn and progress as a Chef
