Career Vision Recruiters are currently seeking to hire ambitious, career driven Chef de Partie for a well-established Fine Dining establishment in Dublin City. Some of the roles responsibilities include:

  • Working well with others as part of a team.
  • Taking direction in a constructive manner
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • Follows good HACCP practices for the proper handling and preparation of all food products at the right temperature.
  • Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
  • A willingness to learn and progress as a Chef
