Career Vision Recruiters are currently seeking to hire ambitious, career driven Chef de Partie for a well-established Fine Dining establishment in Dublin City. If you are ambitious, creative and have a real love for food, then please get in touch to find out more about this fantastic opportunity!
Some of the roles responsibilities include:
- Working well with others as part of a team.
- Taking direction in a constructive manner
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Follows good HACCP practices for the proper handling and preparation of all food products at the right temperature.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
- Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
- A willingness to learn and progress as a Chef
