Career Vison Recruiters seek an experienced, self-motivated ambitious Chefs off all grades to work along-side Celebrity Chef Derry Clark @ The Club at Goffs Opening in February 2023. You will report to the Head Chef ensuring food is presented well and is of the highest quality. Excellent rate of pay for the right candidate.

Responsibilities as a Chef:

  • Able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food through flavour and presentation
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff members
  • Strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
  • Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market.
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
  • Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients.
  • Have a good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, HACCP
  • Passionate about producing high quality food.

Requirements as Chef:

  • Excellent conflict resolution abilities and strong leadership skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced pressurised environment
  • Team player, flexible and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position
