Corporate Sales Executive-Hotel

Career Vision Recruiters has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Executive to join the Sales and Marketing Team of this beautiful hotel property in Dublin. The Corporate Sales Executive will delivering a high level of support and conduct detailed research to ensure the Sales Team have the most up to date information required to grow and attract new business to the hotel. This is a challenging position for a highly motivated, hardworking individual interested in developing themselves in the hospitality industry.



  • Assist with identifying business that has been lost over the years.
  • Track new business leads for the hotel
  • Conduct telephone and face to face calls as required
  • Market research to be conducted with the corporate transient market and business groups
  • Contributing and assisting sales strategies throughout the year
  • Observe hotels in our competitive set and ensure we are offering same level of service
  • Participate in local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, presentations etc as required
  • Assist and support the Business Development Manager in setting up appointments
  • Assist and support Account Management for the hotel
  • Respond to daily Corporate enquiries / RFPs and quote rates as per Sales Manager
  • Site inspections / show arounds of hotel facilities will be an important part of the role
  • Assist with all Sales & Marketing activities required for the hotel
  • Attending daily operations meetings
  • Monitor and track existing business within the hotel and ensure all data is reported to the Sales Team
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor competitor activity in terms of pricing & yield strategies
  • Maintain Opera to ensure profiles and rates are correct
  • Set up new Corporate Accounts
  • Customer feedback received to be track & communicated to relevant departments
  • Ensure Guest Relations Team is aware of Corporate and VIP business at the hotel
  • Attending any relevant training courses as required


The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Reservations and or Corporate sales experience from similar style properties
  • Experience in Opera or another Front Office Management system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Demonstrate been able to work in a Team
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
