Culinary Director

Our client a very successful luxury hotel operation located in Kildare is looking for a Culinary Director to take the food offering to the next level. The property is strives for excellence and the input of the Culinary Director is key. This luxury hotel operation will suit an Executive Head Chef looking for a new challenge with the full support of senior executive team . There is a fantastic package for the right candidate €100K plus (depending on experience)

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • All rosters for all back of house employees
  • Responsible for all food displays
  • Training of all staff front and back of house.
  • Fully responsible for all financial reports and achieving margins of all foods
  • Have to ability to delegate but also have the personality to work with the teams.
  • Ensuring all department are staffed and the right leadership is in place to develop the teams
  • Ordering, Haccp etc.
  • Menu development and concepts
  • Accountability for the culinary offering
  • Leading the teams and ensuring they have knowledge of all food offerings in all departments
