Career Vision Recruiters are currently looking for Day Porters to join the team at The Club at Goffs, working alongside celebrity chef and restauranteur duo Derry and Sallyanne Clarke. The function of a Day Porter will be to work closely with the Front Desk Staff, Management, and other hotel departments in providing guest assistance with luggage, and miscellaneous needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate guest requests for F&B in the lobby, room service and service to meeting rooms.
  • Problem solving work with the guests on any issues they may have and try and solve these to the satisfaction of guests
  • Carry out maintenance in rooms when required
  • Organise taxis for guest to bring them to and from an event if required
  • Assist with the luggage intake for individual guests as well as tours
  • Upsell what the hotel has to offer. Advice of any deals that the hotel may have to offer.
  • Ensure public areas are kept well-presented and clean
  • Ensure all bins are regularly checked.
  • Other duties as required
