Career Vision Recruiters are looking for a Duty Manager for our client, a private members club in Dublin City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, leading by example, and bringing fresh ideas to improve member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and bring up the overall standards of the Dining Room and front of house, including cleanliness and presentation.
• Review, implement, and follow SOPs to ensure consistent service throughout the club.
• Contribute new ideas and initiatives to improve service and member experience.
• Handle member feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Coach and support other team members, leading by example during service.
• Assist in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the wine list and food menu and actively upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock control.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting
• Fluent in English.
• Confident using a POS system.
• Confident in taking responsibility for running a service.
• Good organisational skills & ability to work well under pressure.
• Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.

Role Details:

• Schedule is mostly Monday to Saturday. You may be required to work some Sundays, depending on the business needs.
• Closed most bank holidays/ Good Friday/ after service on Christmas Eve and reopening in January.
