Careen Vision Recruiters are recruiting for Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team at The Club at Goffs, working alongside celebrity chef and restauranteur duo Derry and Sallyanne Clarke. The successful candidate will be overseeing the activities of the food & beverage department, expediting guests orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships within the department.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Leading the Food & Beverage team ensuring your team promotes the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • The Ideal Candidate must be passionate about the industry and have a keen interest in food and beverages.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of food and beverage department within the hotel.
  • Ensure that all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift.
  • Ensure that all steps of service, policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Manual are followed daily.
  • Supervising, training and guiding the food and beverage team.
  • Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
  • Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations and deal with any complaints that may arise
  • Adhering to all Hotel policies including HACCP and Cash Handling.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Relevant experience to take the next step up to Supervisor
  • Extensive food and beverage experience
  • Excellent knowledge of food and wine
  • Ability to drive excellent customer care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
