Career Vision Recruiters seek an experienced Receptionist/ Front of House Manager for full-time permanent position with a start in mid March 2023. Your primary role will be to manage the day to day operation of the reception/front of house in this property. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As Receptionist/ Front of House Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the reception/front of house operation
  • Help to coordinate staff to assist in the set up for functions/events indoors & outdoors
  • Assist with the sales, marketing and promotion of the business
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all customers at all times
  • Issuing sales invoices and handling credit control
  • Promoting and selling the Venue’s facilities in person, by phone or email
  • Ordering sundries & supplies for the various aspects of the business

Working hours

The successful applicant will work 5 days per week general office hours 9 am to 5pm

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Administrative and IT skills (must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, email composition, phone manner and other administrative skills)
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Experience with a front office management system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
