We at career vision recruiters are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office Manager to work with our front office team in luxurious property in Kerry to further enhance our guests’ experience. If you are an ambassador for the hospitality industry, and if people and customer service are your passion then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently
  • To ensure all reception team members are able to carry out their duties to the standards expected.
  • To ensure we provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that standards are maintained for all positions within Front Office.
  • To ensure all guest requests are met.
  • To maximize in room revenue, occupancy percentage and rev par through efficient yield management in conjunction with the Sales & Revenue Manager.
  • To assist in the compilation and achievement of the rooms budget
  • To constantly liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure all guest requests are attended to.
  • To lead and manage the team
  • To ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees

The Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager in a busy, standard focused 4 * hotel is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and be extremely customer focused.
  • Experience of HOTSOFT would be an advantage.
