Career Vision Recruiters are currently looking for Group HR manager for a busy Dublin City Hotel & Galway City who wants to take their experience to the next level. Our client is looking for talented individual who is proficient, has ability to multitask and feel proud in how they conduct their role. Working with some of Dublin’s and Irelands best known Senior Managers there is further development to take on a group role within time. Excellent package available up to €70,000 plus
The candidates will have the following experience.
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Manager (2-3 years) in a hotel or related industry
- Degree in Human Resources Manager or Employment Law with CIPD membership
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation would be desirable
- Experience in Human Resources best practice and excellent knowledge of employment law
- Excellent time management and administration skills
- Must come from a hospitality background
