As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation during daytime service. You will lead by example, bringing creativity, consistency, and calm leadership to a fast-paced environment. • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, compliance, and organisation
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff
