Career Vision Recruiters are a team of experienced industry recruitment specialists who have come together to bring a boutique-style recruitment brand to the market. We are currently looking for Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team of professional recruiters due to increase in business. This is a permanent role looking after an active recruitment desk. The Ideal candidate must have 2-5 year’s experience working in a Hospitality/Catering busy environment.

This may suit a hospitality professional looking to change their career and move into a more structure working environment, Monday to Friday. All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be working with clients in high end properties placing hospitality candidates into full time positions.

The Candidate:
* Min two yrs. experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the hospitality sector.
* Strong people skills are essential.
* Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
* Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
* Ability to join and the potential to grow the team.
* Understanding of current market trends in sector.

The Role:
* The role involves dealing with an established list of clients.
* Monday to Friday.
* Dealing with candidates & clients on a daily basis.
* Excellent earning potential and career progression.
* Excellent induction to the latest software in recruitment
* Internal training of staff.
* Own transport an advantage for this role.
* Ability to work in a busy environment.
