Hotel Bar Manager

Career vision Recruiters have a fantastic new vacancy for a passionate Bars Manager to join this progressive team.

Objective of the Role:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Bar Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Hotel Bars.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bars in the Hotel and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
  • People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
  • Support the General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.
  • Set targets for the Bar teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
  • Ensure that the team record waste correctly & all stock accounted for
  • Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
  • Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.
  • Achieve GP and KPI targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • An excellent focus on our customers.
