Career Vision Recruiters are currently seeking a professional and dynamic Reception Manager within a deluxe 4-star hotel in Co. Meath to oversee their front desk operations and ensure our guests receive exceptional service at all times. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the ideal candidate will lead the reception team, maintain high standards, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out in line with departmental and hotel standards.
• Manage all front desk operations including check-in/check-out, cash handling, reservations, and guest queries.
• Ensure correct handling and charging of all daily business accounts, and make sure reception staff follow proper procedures.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service to guests at all times, ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.
• Ensure reception staff are competently trained and monitor standards and performance.
• Collaborate with all departmental managers to ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure payments are accurately balanced and accounted for.
• Work closely with the Revenue Manager to maximize sales, room occupancy, and room rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
