Career Vision Recruiters are looking for a full time Night Porter for a luxury Hotel in Limerick. As Night Porter you will ensure that guests are offered the highest quality standards in service and care, anticipating their needs and being always attentive. To always ensure the security of our guests and the hotel property while on duty.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
· To check in to the hotel all guests arriving late at the hotel according to hotel procedures and policies.
· To carry out wake-up calls.
· To carry out porterage when required
· To assist in the restaurant/bar/lounge when required.
· To always maintain the Hotels high standard of hospitality
· To answer the switchboard and hotel telephone and direct the calls appropriately and deal with any queries that may arise
· Selling on of bedrooms during the night in accordance with hotel procedures.
· Regular security patrols to ensure (a) Safety of guests, (b) Safety of staff, (c) Safety and security of the premises and its property, ensuring that all exterior door and windows are secured and alarmed. These patrols take place at regular intervals throughout the night and should focus on fire safety.
· To be responsible for the cleaning of public areas and toilets within the hotel as outlined in your nightly checklist.
· Complete the Night Audit report as outlined in hotel policy.
· To ensure that all corridors, fire exits, staircases and cupboards are kept clear of obstruction.
