Career Vision Recruiters are inviting candidates for the role of Operations Manager for a 4* Property in Dublin City. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel reporting directly into the General Manager. The successful candidate must be passionate, exercise excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering operational excellence.

 

Main Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of hotel
  • To design and implement standard operating procedures, ascertaining a consistent and superior service delivery to our guests;
  • Effectively manage the rosters, ensuring that it is resourced efficiently and that the team are trained appropriately
  • To maintain open and transparent communication, ensuring effective integration and a complete service offering to our guests;
  • To build and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Responsibility for the financial performance and profitability, ensuring budgeted margins and targets are achieved;
  • Encourage and drive the sales function

 

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Have 4-5 years’ experience as a senior manager in a 4* property.
  • Experience in managing and delivering excellent customer service and standards
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail;
  • Must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to achieve results at the same time;
  • Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage and Rooms Division
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
