Career Vision Recruiters now have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join this luxury hotel in Tipperary. This a hands-on role responsible for helping to build a strong, cohesive team focused on creating memorable experiences for each and every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead the team in a Fine-Dining Restaurant to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
  • Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
  • Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
  • Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
  • Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong between the entire Restaurant Team.

Minimum requirements

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality Management Degree beneficial.
  • Minimum three years of previous Restaurant Management experience and a total of five years experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, excellent written, verbal and organisational skills.
  • Must be able to multi task and be very detail orientated.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of computers.
  • Must have previous experience of administration work and report writing.
