Career Vision Recruiters are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager for this popular Dublin city centre dining establishment. Reporting to the owners, this is a hands-on role responsible for helping to build a strong, cohesive team focused on creating memorable experiences for each and every customer.

This will be achieved through effective hiring, training and development of the team and launching new dining spaces. In addition, this role will help ensure that all financial targets are met through efficient management of all costs, wastage, labour, etc

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager within a busy restaurant with very high food and beverage service standards. You will be full of passion and enthusiasm for the food scene and will have a proven track record of management success, demonstrating strong team leadership and motivation skills.
