The Role:

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time positions will require candidates to work an average of 42.5 to 45 hours per week – 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays. Part-time positions will require the candidate to work 24-32 hours per week 3-4 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays,. Competitive rates apply with experience. Get in touch today.

Main Duties:

Working behind the bar/preparing drinks
General bar service duties
Work in conjunction with the Hotel’s Food & Beverage service team in the day to day operations of the hotels busy bars
Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times
Training and Development of junior staff
HACCP /Hygiene duties

Requirements:

2-3 years experience as a Bartender
Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus
Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range
Excellent communications and people skills
Must be able to work as part of a team
