Career Vision Recruiters are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant for a leading hospitality Group located in Dublin City. This exciting role would suit a candidate from a hospitality background that would like to progress their career in this upmarket hospitality group. The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director/Owner based in Dublin, this is a dynamic and exciting role, which requires a strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting – preparation of monthly management reporting packs, KPI Reporting, with insightful decision support to aid the delivery of overall Group strategy.
• Financial Reporting – leading finance responsibility for annual report production, and all filings; preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow statements.
• Preparing and maintain Balance Sheet Reconciliation as well as robust internal controls.
• Monitoring and controlling dealership cash flow performance, in particular working capital management.
• Leadership
• Ensuring compliance with tax and corporate responsibilities.
• Undertake strategic analysis and feasibility studies of business opportunities as they arise.
• Cost control and identification of cost-saving solutions.
• Provide analytical support to Management Team in the financial and commercial review of their business

• Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects such as accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, etc. Advanced Excel skills required.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification.
• This role is for a hospitality business and a background in hospitality would be preferred.
