We have been retained by a busy hotel group in Ireland for an enthusiastic Senior Duty Manager to provide an excellent guest experience. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the experienced Senior Duty Manager will be focused on consistently delivering a high quality and excellent service in keeping with the character and ethos of the Hotels and will be able to fulfil the customers’ needs and expectations. Excellent package (mileage, phone, laptop, all meals and expenses) with a starting salary of €40K/€45K plus

 

Main Objectives:

  • To undertake the day to day management of hotel operations.
  • To provide exceptional customer service through the use of Hotel Standards to achieve the aims and objectives in terms of revenue levels, high quality standards of procedures and service, profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of each department.
  • To co-operate with all work colleagues to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests, visitors and employees.

 

Person Specification:

  • In order to be considered for this role you are required to have at least 2 years in a similar position.
  • You will be a highly driven and motivated individual with a good knowledge and understanding of hotel operations.
  • Please note you will need a car for this role and full mileage expenses are paid.
  • It is also essential that you have good command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Flexibility and an ability to work on your own initiative are require
